This fuel pump was supposed to be an airtex, but airtex is made in the USA and the one I received was made in china. I had already waited for the pump so I needed to install it, I couldn't be without the car anymore. First off the the filter sock on the assembly was broken, had to replace that. Two days after installation it started leaking out of one of the fuel lines that was parts of that new assembly I just bought. It was pouring out, barely got the car home. What a pain, it was a crimp clamp that you need a special tool to tighten. Overall not very happy with the pump. I just hope it doesn't have anymore problems.

Needed a fuel pump quickly but couldn't afford the prices at the stores (245.00 - 277.00) I ordered this part and shipping was great, was here in two days, installed it and have been driving along !!! It was easy to install, the hardest part was getting the gas tank out. Benn driving with it for over a month now, even took a long trip, works great. Would recommend it, especially the price

Getting the tank off your car and unhooking the lines is kind of a pain.
Installing this jewel is a piece of cake!
I bought the whole combo kit (pump filter and wiring harness)
99% of you do not need the wiring harness, the old one comes off very easily and you just plug it back in when you're finished.
I called the parts store for the same pump and it was $270 + the guy down the street at the shop wanted $150 to install it.
If you have the time and tools, order this and save yourself $320 by ordering it and doing it yourself.
