There's no denying that these candles are a great value; at the sale price ($17.99), a 72-piece box comes to just 34 cents per candle, including shipping -- that's a lot less than department store votives. And even though they're smaller than the expensive votives, they still burn a long time.
However, the shorter wicks make for smaller, dimmer flames that flicker more than other brands -- a couple of the candles could barely stay lit at all and were not able to melt the wax completely.
Lastly, while the candles smell nice in the box, they do not release much scent when burned. If you are looking to perfume your room, this is not the brand to buy.
