Love, Love, Love, Love this gadget. A person introduced me to the product while making fresh salsa and I fell in love. I had to have one and went to the store and bought one. Now, I'm buying one for my winter home because I can't do without the product. Awesome job! This is great for making soups and wish I was introduced to it years ago.

I've used the Vadalia Chop Wizard for several years. I love the unit for its quickness and identically sliced foods. I read that some people find the pressure they have to used to be a problem. When I have onions or any food where I anticipate resistance I simply cut thinner slices and/or half them and the push down process goes super fast.
All devices are simply tools; we have the brain inorder to make them function properly!
Yes, the cleaning is a little more tedious than washing off a simple knife, but, in my opinion, the Chop Wizard is worth the additonal effort.
I think, I may try the other "international" Unit in order to get the 3rd. straight edge blade.
